Electronic Consent Agreement

1. Agreement to Receive Electronic Documents

By providing your consent, you agree to receive all documents, disclosures, notices, and communications ("Documents") from Instant Lending Hub and our lending partners in electronic format rather than in paper form.

2. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic Documents, you must have:

• A computer or mobile device with internet access
• A current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
• PDF viewing software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader)
• A valid and accessible email address
• Sufficient storage to download and save Documents

3. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Documents at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal will apply prospectively only and will not affect prior electronic communications.

4. Updating Your Information

You must promptly notify us of any change in your email address or other contact information.

5. Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any electronic Document at no charge by contacting us using the information below.
