Credit Authorization

By submitting a request through Instant Lending Hub, you authorize Instant Lending Hub and its participating lenders and service providers to:

• Obtain consumer reports and credit information from one or more consumer reporting agencies
• Verify the information you have provided through third-party databases and identity verification services
• Share your information with lenders in our network for the purpose of evaluating your loan request
• Contact you via telephone, email, or SMS regarding your request and available offers

Nature of Inquiries

Lenders in our network may conduct soft inquiries (which do not affect your credit score) or hard inquiries (which may appear on your credit report and temporarily affect your score). The type of inquiry depends on the individual lender. Review each lender's terms and disclosures for specifics.

Your Rights

You have the right to request a free copy of your credit report from each of the major credit reporting agencies once per year at AnnualCreditReport.com. If you believe information in your report is inaccurate, you have the right to dispute it with the reporting agency.
